FLUSAR Heavy Equipment and Rigging Specialist This course provides the student with the necessary skills to conduct operations at technical rescue incidents safely and effectively based on hazard analysis, risk assessment, training level of personnel, and availability of internal and external resources. Students will be exposed to Heavy Rigging Fundamentals, Crane Operations, Load Management, Advanced Rigging Techniques, Structural Collapse Applications, Heavy Lifting & Stabilization, Advanced Metal Cutting, Team Operations & Safety At the successful completion of FLUSAR Heavy Equipment and Rigging Specialist class candidate will have an understanding of the functions and developments of NFPA 1670 for Heavy Equipment and Rigging Specialist
